Welcome to SabScribeKaro.com. By subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
1. Subscription Scope
- Our subscription service is currently limited to earrings only.
- Each subscription cycle allows customers to rent selected pair(s) of earrings as per their chosen plan.
2. Subscription Billing
- Subscriptions are billed on a quarterly, half-yearly, or annual basis, based on the package selected by the customer.
- At the end of each month of the subscription cycle, the existing box of earrings shall be collected and a new box shall be delivered for the upcoming cycle, subject to timely renewal and deposit compliance.
- All subscription charges must be paid in advance to activate or renew the subscription
3. Earring Selection and Default Dispatch
- Customers are encouraged to select earrings of their choice before the start of each subscription cycle.
- If no selection is made, SabScribeKaro will dispatch earrings from the customer’s wishlist (if available).
- In the absence of a wishlist, SabScribeKaro reserves the right to curate and dispatch earrings based on internal styling preferences and availability.
4. Product Usage & Condition
- All earrings provided under the subscription model are pre-used and professionally cleaned and sanitized before dispatch.
- Subscribers agree to receive reused earrings in good and hygienic condition.
- Earrings must be used responsibly and handled with reasonable care during the subscription period.
5. Images, Representation & Disclaimers
- Product images displayed on the website or app may be enhanced, edited, or modified using AI-based applications for presentation and styling purposes.
- Actual product colour, finish, or detailing may vary slightly from images shown.
- Earrings are for personal use only; SabScribeKaro is not liable for any allergic reactions or personal sensitivities.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free website access, or continuous product availability.
6. Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit is required at the start of the subscription.
- The deposit acts as security against loss, missing items, or misuse of the earrings.
7. Loss, Missing Items & Damage Policy
- If any earring or pair is found missing from the returned box, SabScribeKaro reserves the right to deduct the applicable value of the missing item(s) from the security deposit.
- In case of loss of a pair of earrings, the cost of the lost pair will be deducted from the deposit.
- The subscriber must refill the deducted deposit amount in the next month to continue receiving services.
- 100% waiver is provided for damage-related issues, subject to verification.
- If the loss or missing item value exceeds the deposited amount, the subscriber shall be liable to pay the difference.
- If damaged earrings are received, the issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Upon verification, a replacement will be provided, subject to availability.
8. Returns & Subscription Duration
- Earrings must be returned within the defined subscription duration.
- Late returns may attract additional charges and/or impact eligibility for future subscriptions.
9. Misuse, Mishandling & Blacklisting Policy
- If it is observed that a subscriber is intentionally misusing, mishandling, or repeatedly damaging products, or engaging in fraudulent or mischievous behaviour, SabScribeKaro reserves the right to:
- Deduct applicable amounts from the security deposit
- Suspend or terminate the subscription without refund
- Blacklist the subscriberfrom future services
10. Non-Transferability of Subscription
- Subscriptions are strictly non-transferable.
- They are intended for personal use by the registered customer only and cannot be gifted, reassigned, or shared.
- Any misuse may result in suspension or termination without refund.
11. Account Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
12. Modification of Terms
- SabScribeKaro reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
